- Morning Work Session: 10:30am - 12:30pm
- Lunch at Venture Hive: 12:30pm - 2:00 pm
- Afternoon Work Session: 2:00pm - 5:00pm
- Presentations and Judging: 5:00pm - 6:00pm
- Results and Wrap-up: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
